Dylan Hackett leads Golden Gate Immigration Law with a strong legal background and a disciplined approach to case preparation.
As a former Deputy District Attorney at the San Mateo District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Hackett developed substantial courtroom and litigation experience. That foundation informs his current immigration practice, where preparation, organization, and advocacy remain central to every case.
Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Hackett led a sustainable wood decking export business in Nicaragua. This entrepreneurial experience gives him a practical perspective when advising clients navigating complex legal systems. His background reflects adaptability, problem-solving, and strategic thinking — qualities that are essential in immigration law.
Outside of his practice, Mr. Hackett enjoys motorcycle riding, reading, and travel. These pursuits reflect the focus and determination he brings to representing clients facing serious legal challenges.
